Hi, Vee Revithi
Your account can only use one Microsoft 365 plan at a time. While your Personal trial is active, Bob's Family share stays in the background, which is why your account still shows the trial. The share won't always switch over on its own when the trial ends, so it's best to check a couple of things.
Here are some suggestions you can try:
Stop the trial from turning into a paid plan. Go to account.microsoft.com/services, find your Microsoft 365 Personal trial, select Manage, then select Turn off recurring billing. You can keep using the trial until November 23 and you won't be charged after that. If you see "Turn on recurring billing" instead, billing is already off and you don't need to do anything here.
After November 23, check the same page again. Bob's Family plan should show up there.
If it doesn't show up, ask Bob to sign in to his own account and open the Microsoft 365 sharing page at account.microsoft.com/services/office/sharing. It is recommended that he select Start sharing next to your name. If you're already listed as shared, he can select Stop sharing and then share with you again.
Then open Word or Excel and go to File > Account > Update License. Sign in with the same account that accepted Bob's invitation.
Your OneDrive files and emails won't be affected by this switch.
