Hello Microsoft Azure Support Team,

I am requesting assistance with restoring my disabled Azure subscription.

My Azure subscription was initially showing a warning status but has since changed to Disabled. I can still sign in to the Azure Portal; however, I cannot access my Azure resources or continue my learning and development activities.

This subscription is primarily used for educational purposes, AI development, Microsoft Azure AI services, and hands-on practice with Azure AI Foundry.

I have attempted several troubleshooting steps, including:

  1. Checking my subscription status through the Azure Portal.

Reviewing my account's access and role assignments.

Attempting to submit the official Request for Account Reinstatement form.

Contacting Microsoft support through available support channels.

Unfortunately, when I submit the reinstatement request, I receive the following error:

"The request is blocked."

Reference timestamp: 2026-10-30T041346Z-184d9cf4db87226fhC1DFW8twg00000006fg00000001

I would appreciate assistance with the following:

Identifying the specific reason my Azure subscription was disabled.

Determining whether this is a billing, security, or account verification issue.

Escalating my case to the appropriate Azure Subscription or Account Security team.

Providing an alternative method to submit my reinstatement request since the online form is blocked.

I am willing to provide any necessary verification or documentation through a secure Microsoft support channel.

I sincerely appreciate your assistance in reviewing my situation and helping me restore my Azure subscription.

Thank you.

    Hi,

Please carefully follow my instructions below to create a free Subscription management support request. To start the process, please click on this link:

    https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_Support/NewSupportRequestV4Blade/assetId/

    Issue type: Subscription management

    Problem type: Re-enable my subscription

Problem subtype: Could not reactivate by self-service

Click Next. At this point there will be a delay and then it will display some recommended solutions. DO NOT CLICK on any of these. Instead click Return to support request in upper left corner

    User's image

Click Next to advance to Additional details tab. Issue Category: Azure - Subscription Management Issue Select your support plan: <choose Basic if you don't have paid plan>

Continue filling out additional details, in description box explain the error you are receiving, select Diagnostic option, Email/Phone, etc., click Next, review information and click Create.

You should receive an automated email in a few minutes confirming that support request has been created. Hopefully you will be contacted by Email/Phone (depending on your choice) within 1 business day.

    Thanks.
