    What error is indicated when you try to use the Office apps, please provide a screenshot of the error, also, are you using the Office apps on a Windows PC or on an Apple Mac device and if so, what version of MacOS is installed on our Apple Mac.

    You indicate you cannot download the Office apps, log into your Microsoft account on this link, is your Office licence listed correctly there and if so, what version of Office is that, or if that is a subscription, check the expiry date listed on your subscription, is that listed correctly.

    As Dave suggested, we need some more information. Which version of Office do you have? Which operating system are you running?
