Microsoft regularly run out of various Robux codes, the 100Robux codes are the most popular rewards, this forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here knows when 100 Robux codes will be back in stock you just need to check the rewards web page regularly until the 100 Robux codes are available again.

The Philippines Microsoft Rewards catalog currently offers Roblox Digital Cards for 840 Robux and 1,050 Robux, but not 100 Robux.^1^

A 100 Robux reward exists in Microsoft Rewards in some markets, but it is not currently listed in the Philippine catalog.^2^ Microsoft confirms that offers and redemption catalogs vary by country or region; the Philippines is a supported Rewards region, but that does not mean every reward denomination is available there.^3^

    What you can do

    • Redeem one of the denominations displayed on your Rewards page when you have enough points.
    • Check the Redeem page periodically, because available Robux denominations can change or return after being unavailable, although there is no guaranteed restock date.^4^
    • If you want confirmation for your particular account, submit the Microsoft Rewards Support form at https://rewards.bing.com/support.
    • Do not change regions or use a VPN to access another catalog; use the market where your Microsoft Rewards account is registered.

Therefore, the missing 100 Robux choice is currently a Philippine catalog limitation, not necessarily a problem with your account.
