Artifact Signing: Identity validation remains In Progress after document submission

My organization identity validation for Win Condition Sweden AB has been In Progress since 2026-10-21, and I can't get an answer on what it's waiting on. Support case 2610300050003822 only got me automated replies, and it sent me here

What I've done:

  1. Submitted the Public organization validation on 2026-10-21
  2. Completed the individual ID check
  3. Got the request for additional documents and uploaded the domain ownership record the same day. The status went from Action Required back to In Progress and hasn't changed since. There's no banner or error in the portal

Two things might matter here:

  • The subscription is Microsoft for Startups (Sponsored_2016-01-01), and the FAQ says "Artifact Signing doesn't support free, trial, or sponsored Azure subscriptions". The account and the validation request were both accepted though
  • The company was renamed from Supre.me AB on 2026-10-21, the day I submitted this. The org number is the same and it was formed in 2023. The document I uploaded includes the new registration certificate showing the old name

What I need to know:

  1. What is the request waiting on?
  2. Is the sponsored subscription blocking it?
  3. If I have to upgrade, can I do it in place and keep this validation, and what happens to my credits?
  4. Could the name change be blocking it?

I can share the validation ID and subscription ID privately. Could a moderator or someone from the team please route this to the validation team? 🙏
