    1. Verify the Dell laptop actually has Bluetooth and that Bluetooth is turned on.
      • In Windows 11: Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices and make sure Bluetooth is on.
      • In Windows 10: Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices and make sure Bluetooth is on.
      • If the laptop has a physical Bluetooth switch, make sure it is switched on.
    2. Put the Moko keyboard into pairing/discoverable mode.
      • The exact method depends on the keyboard model, so check the keyboard documentation or manufacturer instructions.
      • Keep the keyboard close to the laptop.
    3. Make sure the keyboard has enough power.
      • Charge it fully or install fresh batteries.
      • Then turn the keyboard off and back on.
    4. Pair it from Windows.
      • Windows 11: Select the Network / Sound / Battery icons on the taskbar, open the Manage Bluetooth devices chevron on the Bluetooth quick setting, then select the keyboard under New devices.
      • Windows 10: Go to Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices > Add Bluetooth or other device > Bluetooth, then select the keyboard.
    5. If Windows asks for a PIN:
      • Check the keyboard documentation or the device itself.
      • If no PIN is listed, try 0000 or 1234.
      • If prompted for a PIN but there is no place to type it on screen, type 0000 on the Bluetooth keyboard and press Enter.
    6. If the keyboard appears but will not connect, remove it and add it again.
      • In Windows 10: Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices, select the device, choose Remove device, then add it again.
    7. If Bluetooth is missing or unstable on the Dell laptop:
      • Restart Bluetooth by turning it off, waiting 10 seconds, then turning it back on.
      • Restart the PC.
      • Check for Windows updates:
        • Windows 11: Start > Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates
        • Windows 10: Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates
      • In Device Manager, use Action > Scan for hardware changes if the Bluetooth device is missing.
    8. Since the same keyboard also failed to connect to an iPad, the keyboard itself is likely the issue rather than only the Dell laptop. The most relevant checks are:
      • confirm the keyboard is really entering pairing mode,
      • fully charge it or replace batteries,
      • power-cycle it and try pairing again.

Did you get a dongle with the keyboard or do you have one?
