First try the standard, generic troubleshooting: clear your browser's cache, then delete all cookies related to Fidelity, then re-start your web browser.

If still no joy you may be using an outdated URL. To fix that, search for Fidelity with the search engine of your choice. Here I'm using Bing:

    111

then click on the search result:

Open Fidelity.com in an Edge InPrivate window first; if it loads there, clear Fidelity’s stored site data and test extensions because the problem is isolated to the normal Edge profile.

    1. Test in InPrivate mode

    1. In Edge, select Settings and more (…) > New InPrivate window.
    2. Enter https://www.fidelity.com directly in the address bar.
    3. Check whether the site loads and whether sign-in works.

InPrivate closes without retaining its browsing history, cookies, or site data, making this a useful profile-isolation test.^1^

    2. If Fidelity works InPrivate

This points to stored site data, an extension, or another setting in the regular Edge profile.

    Clear the affected site data:

    1. Return to a normal Edge window.
    2. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete.
    3. Set Time range to All time.
    4. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
    5. Select Clear now, restart Edge, and open Fidelity again.

Clearing these items may sign you out of websites. Microsoft documents cached data as a potential cause of page-loading or display problems.^2^

If that does not resolve it, disable extensions temporarily:

    1. Select Settings and more (…) > Extensions > Manage extensions.
    2. Turn off every extension.
    3. Test Fidelity.
    4. If it works, re-enable extensions one at a time until the conflict returns.

Also check whether cookies are blocked. Blocking cookies can prevent some pages from displaying correctly.^3^

    3. If Fidelity also fails InPrivate

    Update Edge:

    1. Select Settings and more (…) > Settings > About Microsoft Edge.
    2. Allow any available update to install.
    3. Restart Edge and test again.^2^

Record the exact message shown by Edge—for example, a certificate warning, blank page, access-denied message, or download block. That distinction is necessary before changing security or network settings.

    4. Repair Edge if all profiles still fail

    1. Close Edge for every signed-in Windows user.
    2. Open Start > Settings > Apps > Installed apps.
    3. Find Microsoft Edge, select its menu, and choose Modify.
    4. Approve the administrator prompt and select Repair.

Repair requires administrator rights and an Internet connection; Microsoft states that browser data and settings should not be affected.^2^

If Modify is unavailable, the browser may be organization-managed; contact the organization’s administrator. If repair does not help, report it through Edge (…) > Help and feedback > Send feedback, including the exact error and whether the failure occurs before or after signing in.
