I don't use outlook....just a simple sbcglobal.net address. Unable to download docx attachments

    To narrow this down, please check whether the .docx attachment is actually being saved to your Downloads folder.

    • If it is saved, right-click it and select Open with > Microsoft Word.
    • If it is not saved at all, try downloading another attachment type, such as a PDF, from the same mailbox.

    Please also share any error message or behavior you see after clicking Download. This will help determine whether the issue is with downloading the attachment or opening the Word document.
