    Hello David Velarde,

Since your Microsoft account profile already shows the correct name, the issue might be related to a saved contact in Outlook rather than your account itself.

    Could you try the following?

    1. Open Outlook People.
    2. Search for your own email address.
    3. If you find a contact saved under "Joseph Atzinger," edit or delete that contact.
    4. Send another test email to yourself and check whether the correct name appears.

If the name is still incorrect, could you clarify whether "Joseph Atzinger" appears in the From (sender) field or the To (recipient) field?

That distinction will help determine where Outlook is getting the incorrect name.

It sounds like your Outlook account may have an incorrect display name saved somewhere. Try checking your Microsoft account profile at https://account.microsoft.com/profile and make sure your name is correct. If it already shows your correct name, check your Outlook settings under Settings > Account > Your info as well. You can also try sending an email to a different address to see if the same name appears.

If the name is still showing as Joseph Atzinger, it may be an account or profile sync issue, so contacting Microsoft Support would be the next step.
