    Hello Johnson, Eugene,

I understand you're unable to sign in to WWKIT because the verification code isn't arriving.

Before suggesting further steps, could you share the website address (URL) you're using to sign in to WWKIT? Also, does the sign-in page redirect you to Microsoft, or does WWKIT handle the verification itself?

I'm asking because the recovery process depends on which service manages your sign-in. If WWKIT handles authentication independently, its support team would need to investigate the missing code rather than Microsoft.

    Hi Eugene,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

This issue typically occurs when the authentication service experiences temporary delivery delays, email/SMS filtering blocks the verification code, or cached credential tokens interfere with the login flow.

Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Check Junk/Spam Folders & Carrier Filters: Check your junk, spam, or clutter folders for the verification email. If receiving codes via SMS, verify that your mobile carrier does not have short-code blocking enabled.
    2. Use InPrivate/Incognito Browser Mode: Clear your browser cache or open a new InPrivate (Edge) or Incognito (Chrome) window and attempt to log in again. Old session cookies can prevent new verification triggers from completing.
    3. Verify Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Methods:
      • Log in to your security info page at [https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info](https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info).
      • Check if an alternative verification method is available, such as the Microsoft Authenticator app or a secondary email/phone number.
      • If available, select Sign in another way on the login prompt to send the code to an alternate method.
    4. Check Service & Network Restrictions: If you are connecting from an enterprise network or corporate device, confirm with your IT administrator that traffic to wwkit and Microsoft authentication endpoints (login.microsoftonline.com) is not restricted by corporate firewalls or VPN policies.
    5. Contact Your Tenant Administrator: If the verification code still does not arrive, your account administrator may need to reset your Multi-Factor Authentication status from the Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) admin center by navigating to Users > All Users > Select User > Require re-register MFA.

Please try these steps and let me know if you are able to receive the code or if you see a specific error message on the screen!
