Error to register School for Microsoft 365 Education

Hi everyone,

I'm an IT technician at a school, and I would like to register our school for Microsoft 365 Education. I went to this link and clicked on the option "Sign up your school". Unfortunately, I'm unable to complete the process as the system showed me this message: "Sorry, something is wrong... We're sorry, but this product isn’t available".

I'm using my school email address to sign our school up.

Is there a way to report my issue to Microsoft? How can I do it?

We are in England.

    Based on the error shown Sorry, something is wrong... We're sorry, but this product isn't available, the issue appears to occur during the Microsoft 365 Education sign-up process before a tenant is successfully created.

    You can try the registration process again using an InPrivate/Incognito browser session or a different browser to rule out any browser-related issues.

    If the issue persists, you should contact Microsoft through the Education support channel and explain that you are unable to complete the Microsoft 365 Education enrollment process:

    You may also want to review Microsoft's guidance regarding Microsoft 365 Education eligibility verification, as eligibility and domain validation are part of the education enrollment process.

    When contacting Microsoft, it may be helpful to provide:

    • The screenshot of the error message.
    • The exact signup URL being used.
    • Confirmation that you are attempting to register using your school's email address.
