I recently took the Prompting, Drafting and Analyzing with Microsoft 365 Copilot course and would like to get access to the digital badge so that I can add it to my collection please. I took the course through Learningtree and finished it yesterday. The course is reflected in my profile.

Thank you

Learning Tree must provide the achievement-code URL for your instructor-led course; redeem that URL while signed in to the same Microsoft Learn account where the course completion appears.

    Get and redeem the badge

    1. Contact your Learning Tree instructor or course coordinator and request the Microsoft Learn achievement-code URL for the completed course.
    2. Include:
      • Course title and course code, if available.
      • Completion date.
      • The email address associated with your Microsoft Learn profile.
      • Your Learning Tree booking or attendance reference.
    3. When Learning Tree sends the URL, sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile showing your completion, then open the URL and follow the redemption prompt.
    4. Check the Achievements area of that Learn profile for the course-completion badge.

The matching Microsoft learning path, Draft, analyze, and present with Microsoft 365 Copilot (MS-4018), supports achievement-code requests ^1^. Microsoft’s Training Services Partner guidance states that approved training providers generate achievement-code URLs and share them with learners ^2^.

The course appearing in your profile confirms the learning activity, but it does not necessarily mean that the separate instructor-led achievement badge has been redeemed. Do not create or request the provider code yourself; it is generated by the training provider.

If Learning Tree already supplied a code

If the URL reports “Code has reached its maximum” or “Achievement code not found,” ask Learning Tree to generate and send a new one. Microsoft documents those messages as meaning that the code is no longer valid ^2^.

If redemption succeeds but the badge still does not appear, submit a Microsoft Credentials Support request:

    1. Select Learning as the product family.
    2. Select Microsoft Credentials as the product or service.
    3. Choose the closest badge/achievement category and Professional No Charge.
    4. Provide your Learn username, course title, completion date, achievement-code URL, and screenshots.
    5. Select email contact and submit the case. ^3^
