Windows 11 does not show a built-in page-by-page scrolling capture workflow in the provided guidance. The supported built-in option is to capture each screen manually with Snipping Tool.
A practical way to do it is:
- Open Snipping Tool from Start.
- Press Windows logo key + Shift + S for an image snip, or use Snipping Mode and choose Rectangle or Window.
- Capture the visible part of the page.
- Scroll down to the next section.
- Repeat the capture for each screen.
- In Snipping Tool, edit each capture if needed with Pen, Highlighter, Shapes, Eraser, or Image crop.
- Save each image.
If a menu or temporary UI disappears before capture, use Delay in Snipping Tool, then select New after choosing a delay such as 5 seconds.
For quick capture shortcuts:
- Windows logo key + Shift + S: open the snipping overlay for screenshots
- Print Screen (PrtSc): static image snapshot of the entire screen to the clipboard
- Windows logo key + Shift + R: record a video clip of a selected screen area
