I cannot access the Send Emails to One Note Button. Where is it? All the Help Information sends me in circles.

The [Email] forwarding-address feature was retired in March 2025, so there is no longer an email address to configure; use Send to OneNote from Outlook for Mac instead.^1^

Send an email from Outlook for Mac to OneNote

Open Outlook for Mac.
Select the email in your Inbox, or double-click it to open it.
On the ribbon at the top of the message window, select Send to OneNote.
In the OneNote task pane, choose the destination notebook and section.
Select Save.

The email’s subject becomes the OneNote page title, while its original date and time are retained.^2^

If the button is unavailable or grayed out

The Mac add-in requires a cloud-based OneNote notebook and a Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com account. It does not work through a personal non-Microsoft account such as Gmail.^2^
