Additional details for moderators / engineering: this looks like a server-side failure of the Sticky Notes (NotesFabric) store for my mailbox only - another Hotmail account syncs fine. Every NotesFabric API call returns HTTP 500 within a few ms: GET https://substrate.office.com/NotesFabric/api/v2.0/me/notes (also /folders, /settings, /notes/sync, /notes/deleted). Response header x-backendhttpstatus: 500,500. x-calculatedbetarget: TYZPR06MB6284.APCPRD06.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM, x-bepartition: CLAPCPRD06HND01. request-id: 5a8241f0-55f0-f234-efd2-1f4e10935135 and e28457a4-d558-a26e-c73e-b18029626b60 (30 Oct 2026 ~03:51 UTC). Outlook.com mail works normally; Notes pane stays on "Loading your notes...". The Support Assistant could not escalate (no assisted support for free accounts). Could a Microsoft moderator please escalate this so the Sticky Notes cloud store for my account can be repaired or reset? Thank you.
