    Hello,

    1. Can you pair your Bluetooth speakers with other devices, such as to your mobile device?
    2. Are you having trouble connecting only your Bluetooth speakers, or does the issue affect all nearby Bluetooth devices? Like, can you pair your mobile device to your new Asus computer?

Make sure the Bluetooth speakers you're trying to connect are in 'pairing mode' and can be detected by other nearby devices. If Windows can't find the speakers or any of the nearby Bluetooth devices, try the following steps:

    Run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter:

    • Go to Start > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooter> Bluetooth and select Run.
    • Once the troubleshooter is finished running, restart your computer and pair your Bluetooth Speakers.

    Another method,

    • Disconnect/remove your speakers from the Bluetooth devices list. (If paired before)
    • Then go to Device Manager and expand the Bluetooth section.
    • Right-click your generic Bluetooth driver, such as Realtek (R) or Intel Bluetooth driver, select Uninstall device > select the 'Attempt to remove the driver software for this device' checkbox, and click Uninstall.
    • Once uninstalled, restart your computer and pair your Bluetooth Speakers.
    • Set it as the default audio output device.

    See if it is working.

Let me know if you still need more help.

Try these Windows 11 steps in order:

    1. Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter in the Get Help app. This can automatically diagnose and fix common pairing problems.
    2. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and the speaker is ready to pair:
      • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
      • Turn Bluetooth on.
      • Put the Wonderboom speaker into pairing mode.
      • Keep the speaker close to the laptop.
    3. If the speaker shows up but will not connect, remove it and add it again:
      • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
      • Find the speaker, select More options (...) > Remove device.
      • Select Add device and pair it again.
    4. Check the speaker battery:
      • Charge it fully.
      • Turn it off and back on.
      • Try pairing again.
    5. Restart Bluetooth:
      • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
      • Turn Bluetooth off, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on.
    6. Install Windows updates:
      • Go to Start > Settings > Windows Update.
      • Select Check for updates and install anything available.
    7. Restart the PC:
      • Go to Start > Power > Restart.

If Bluetooth devices still do not connect reliably, install the Bluetooth driver for the exact ASUS laptop model from the manufacturer support site. Generic drivers do not always work well with some hardware.
