What can I do to get my more recent messages from copilot conversations???

So, I recently updated to the new Microsoft copilot as the old one is discontinuing, and I'm having some problems with my information being loaded in, all of my chats and conversations are loaded in. But those same chats aren't loading in all the way, it's like they're stuck at a certain point and refusing to load in to show the more recent messages, and I'm wondering what I could do to retrieve those more recent messages and I would like for it to get it fixed at some point. Another thing to note is the chat limits, it really does irritate me because having to use it for work related reasons and not being able to use it consistently is very irritating.
