Microsoft Start-up verification taking more than 2 months

Hi there,

We applied for the Microsoft Start-up program and we received $1000 credits.

We also applied for the program as a verified business in July 2026. We have not heard back (end of October 2026 now). There hasn't been any communications, or any rejections, and there's is no way we can contact the MS Start-up team for support at all. Our tech stack involves a decent amount of MS resources and we are growing our business. Would appreciate to know that's the next step (if there's one).
