Our public organisation identity validation for a UK limited company has failed twice. Each time it moved to "Validation Fail" within about 40 minutes, with no reason in the portal and no request for documents or for the requester's ID check.

Identity validation IDs: f0745144-c422-4c0c-a49d-9a6d095c91f2 and 65d6e121-ad92-407e-bbbd-b2136b59a035. Country: United Kingdom. Business identifier: Companies House registered business number. Subscription: pay-as-you-go; the second attempt was made after upgrading from the free trial and accepting the updated Artifact Signing terms. The company was incorporated in March 2025.

Could you tell us:

  1. Is there a minimum company age or trading history for public organisation validation, and if so is there a route for a newer company?
  2. Does validation need a D-U-N-S number or a listing in a particular business database?
  3. Can a registered office at a company formation agent's address cause a failure?
  4. Is there any other way to get the VBS Enclave certificate profile? We need it to sign a VBS enclave for a Windows security product.

Thank you.
