Please see if you can sign into the same account via browser incognito mode https://teams.microsoft.com/v2
If so, is this on Windows platform? Quit Teams like Nathan said, then go to Windows Settings > Apps > Installed App, locate Microsoft Teams, click on the three dots and go to advanced options, scroll down and click on Reset.
Then restart Teams and see if you can sign in this time.

Hey there, Jarred Zhang
Please can you try right-clicking onto the Microsoft Teams icon on the right-hand side of the Taskbar (You may need to click onto the ^ icon to show more icons)
Then click onto "Quit Teams" at the bottom of the menu
This will force Microsoft Teams to stop running. Once Teams has stopped running, please can you go to Start > Microsoft Teams and open the Microsoft Teams app again. It may ask you to authenticate again, if it does, please can you authenticate. You should then be able to continue and join your meeting.
If your meeting is now, please sign into Microsoft Teams on the web by following this link: https://teams.cloud.microsoft/
Please sign into your account and you will be able to join your meeting online. After your meeting, you will be able to follow the advice above to sort the authentication problem out.
Hope this helps,
Nathan
