I operate a registered Italian sole proprietorship (ditta individuale).

I understand that Artifact Signing Public Trust is available to organizations in the European Union, while enrollment for individual developers is limited to certain countries.

Could you please confirm:

Can an Italian sole proprietorship qualify for Organization Identity Validation?

Which registration documents or business identifiers are required?

If eligible, can I subscribe to the Public Trust Basic plan at USD 9.99/month?

I would like to confirm eligibility before purchasing the service or creating a paid Azure subscription.
