Upload robux gift cards in India

Submit the request directly to Microsoft Rewards Support, because users and community moderators cannot add Robux gift cards to India’s redemption catalog.

1. Sign in with the Microsoft account used for Rewards.
2. Open the Microsoft Rewards Support form: https://rewards.bing.com/support
3. Select the category related to redeeming points or missing rewards.
4. State that Robux gift cards are absent from the India redemption catalog and request their return.
5. Include a screenshot of the Redeem page if the form permits attachments.

India is a supported Microsoft Rewards region, but individual offers and redemption catalogs vary by country or region.^1^ Therefore, the missing Robux option does not by itself establish that Robux gift cards have been “banned” in India. Microsoft does not provide users with a way to upload or add a reward to the catalog.

Continue checking the Rewards dashboard periodically. If Robux returns and you redeem it, the code or redemption link can be found under Order History → Order Details.^2^

Do not use a VPN or change the account’s country to access another catalog. Microsoft’s account policies prohibit altering the apparent location and redeeming points outside the country where they were earned.^3^
