how to replace your submitted validation with the correct business emails

Hi,

I’m setting up Azure Artifact Signing for my registered Dutch sole proprietorship.

I accidentally submitted an Organization / Public identity validation request using personal email addresses. I now have two working addresses on my business domain and need to use those instead.

My Artifact Signing account is deployed in North Europe on the Basic pricing tier, and I have the Identity Verifier role assigned.

The FAQ says to contact support when submitting another validation for the same organization with a different primary email. However, submitting a technical support ticket requires a paid support plan.

Could a Microsoft staff member clarify:

Can I delete only the incorrect identity validation request and recreate it with the business emails, or does Microsoft need to reset something first?

Is a Dutch sole proprietorship registered in July 2024 eligible? The troubleshooting page mentions three years of business history, but the current quickstart omits this requirement and a Microsoft employee’s August 2026 response says there is no minimum organization age.

If identifiers are needed, please advise how to provide them through a secure private channel.

Thanks.
