Hello @Emma1-N

Look like the Microsoft team have resolved the issue by making a new update available as of yesterday so i have already installed this update and seems to be the emoji are loading fine right now.

Can you check if Microsoft release this update yesterday?

I asked this because of Google play is randomly found updates for apps

Here the update information i received yesterday.

What's new

    Welcome Mlh,

I'm sorry the emoji aren't showing in SwiftKey. Could you tell me whether you're on Android or iPhone, and whether the emoji panel is blank, shows empty boxes, or doesn't open at all?

    Meanwhile, please try these steps:

    • Turn on the emoji key: Open the Microsoft SwiftKey app, tap Emoji, and turn on Dedicated emoji key. Then tap the smiley face on the keyboard. You can also long-press the "Enter" key to open emoji.
    • Use the default font (Android): Go to Settings > Display > Font size and style and choose Default. SwiftKey uses the standard Android font, so if you've changed the font, emoji will most likely not show. Restart your phone afterwards.
    • Update SwiftKey: In the Play Store or App Store, search for Microsoft SwiftKey and tap Update
    • Clear the cache (Android): Go to Settings > Apps > Microsoft SwiftKey Keyboard > Storage and tap Clear cache

    Looking forward to your update.
