Training: Instruction to develop new skills.
Submit the resetting school-name form to Microsoft Education Support for manual review, because the matching Azure for Students case does not identify a self-service repair and directs affected students to support escalation.^1^
Request manual verification
- Open Contact Microsoft Education Support.^2^
- Sign in with the same Microsoft account used during the Azure for Students application.
- Describe the issue as:
- Institution: Superior University, Pakistan
- The school is found or entered, but clicking Verify academic status clears the School Name field and reloads the form.
- The problem also occurs in Chrome Incognito mode.
- Include:
- A screenshot or screen recording showing the reset.
- The exact date, time, and time zone of the latest attempt.
- Your university email domain only in the initial description; do not post your complete address publicly.
- Proof of current full-time enrollment if support requests it, such as a student ID or enrollment letter.
- Ask Microsoft to manually review the institution and academic email domain, and confirm whether Superior University’s record needs correction in the academic-verification system.
Azure for Students requires attendance at an accredited, degree-granting two- or four-year institution as a full-time student, age affirmation of 18 or older, and verification through the institution’s email address.^3^ Ensure the submitted university document and email domain correspond to the same institution.
Ask the university IT team to verify the institutional side
Contact Superior University’s technical support or Microsoft 365 administrator and ask whether:
- Other students using the same university email domain can currently activate Azure for Students.
- The institution and its current student email domain are registered correctly with Microsoft’s academic programs.
- The administrator can open a Microsoft support request on behalf of affected students.
Microsoft directs university users to their school’s technical support team when assistance with a work or school account is required.^4^
Conditional Azure support route
If you already have another active Azure subscription:
- In the Azure portal, go to Help + support.
- Select New support request.
- Choose the closest Billing/Subscription Management category.
- State that this concerns Azure for Students academic verification, attach the evidence above, and request review by the appropriate education or subscription team.
Azure documents 24-hour billing and subscription support and the Help + support → New support request path.^5^ If you have no Azure subscription yet, use Microsoft Education Support and the university IT escalation instead; the available documentation does not confirm that the Azure portal route can be opened without an existing subscription.
Do not create a paid subscription solely to troubleshoot this form unless you independently want that subscription and understand its billing terms.
