Service: Azure Managed Redis

When I want to scale for my network bandwidth in tier. What should I do?
I can calculate my own bandwidth with my cache read and write but when I'm moving to another tier I need to know there bandwidth/perforamce in numbers and not just in words
like how much badwidht is modrate and how much is highest etc

One thing I noticed is that there are no flash tier network performances. And I want to be sure that this is for the network performces. one more thing I need to be sure is that are the CPU and the network performaces related or the same?
For eample higher CPU have higher performances and lower ones have lowers is that the CPU performace or something else instend like the connection?

You are recommendation for the scale up is fine but what if I want to to scale down? then I need to know what network performaces I get before I do how do I categorize mine under moderate, high and highest

Also I noticed an incincistance in the docs. The architecture page shows this staing that the scale down is currently unavailable
