Official and Safe Way to Obtain Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021 (Urgent Guidance Needed)

I am a regular user, and due to specific hardware limitations (my system does not support Windows 11) and the need for a stable environment without frequent changes, the only option I can use is Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021.

My problem is that no matter how much I search on Microsoft's website, I cannot find any way to download this version:

1. On the regular download page, there is no trace of LTSC.
2. I even went to the Microsoft Evaluation Center, but it seems the download links for the 90-day evaluation version of LTSC 2021 have also been removed or redirect to a page teaching how to upgrade to Windows 11.
3. All the old links I find in forums are either broken or lead to the wrong destination.

I do not want to download an ISO file from unknown third-party websites, because I cannot risk my Windows being tampered with or containing malware. System security is very important to me.

Please tell me:

Is there currently (in 2026) any official, legal, and safe way for a regular user to obtain the original, untouched ISO file of Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021?

If the Evaluation Center no longer works, is there another way — such as Visual Studio Subscriptions or another official channel — that I might not be aware of?

And one more question for all users: Does anyone know of a trusted website or source that Microsoft itself has approved (such as an authorized reseller or official partner) where I could at least download the ISO file of this version safely and without worrying about tampering? If such a source exists, please share it.
