Hi, I need some help with this issue;

We have our [https://otomobilgi.com] website, which is a very carefully developed website both in content quality, and SEO fundamentals. The website is published in 21 languages and is about Automobiles and Motorsport. We've submitted a sitemap to Bing, and we've also implemented IndexNow.

After receiving visitors for a short period of time, Bind stopped indexing and sending visitors to our website on Oct 23. When I checked Bing Webmaster Tools, I've noticed a;

Issue: Content quality

Type: Needs attention

remark on some of our URLs under the IndexNow tab. One such URL is this;

[https://otomobilgi.com/en/how-did-rallycross-transition-to-the-electric-era]

When I start a URL inspection on this URL, Bing reads;

Discovered but not crawled

URL cannot appear on Bing

Discovered on

20 Oct 2026

Crawl

The inspected URL is known to Bing but has some issues which are preventing indexation. We recommend you to follow Bing Webmaster Guidelines to increase your chances of indexation.

I've been developing websites for 30 years now and I can't figure out what's wrong with this URL.

Please help me resolve this problem. Google is indexing and sending visitors just fine, but we need Bing visitors as well.

    Ok I've opened a support ticket and today I've received an email from Microsoft saying;

    Thank you for contacting Bing Webmaster Support Team.

    We investigated the issue for your site [https://otomobilgi.com/] and find that your site is currently being served on Bing. You can check this by doing a URL search here.

    If you see results on the URL query for your page on Bing, then your site is served to users on Bing for relevant queries.

    As of today, [https://otomobilgi.com] has over 36k indexable URLs in 21 languages, and all that is in Bing's index is the home page. And Microsoft is telling me that our site is "being served on Bing"? Is this a joke?

    I hope there's somebody from Microsoft reading this board because we can't find anything wrong with our content that could cause this.
