My videos are losing sound every few minutes it was never like this before. I want the issue. Resolved

I paid hundreds of. dollars for video and movie downloads and now they are playing with missing sound bites every few minutes. It is not just one, but all of them are missing sound bites every few minutes. I want this issue resolved as quickly as possible.

Same thing is happening to me on Xbox 1S and Windows 10.

Own over 1000 movies and episodes purchased through Microsoft Movies & TV. Entire collection is unwatchable.

I have over 3,500 items in Movies & TV and they all are experiencing this issue. I reached out to Microsoft support and spoke with someone who assured me it was on my end even though it is occurring on two PC's (One windows 10 the other Windows 11) As well as two Xbox's (One Xbox One & one Xbox Series X). I showed them I have a stable internet connection and very low latency and tested on both platforms. They transferred me to Xbox Support who had me download something from my library on my PC which when downloaded played fine. They doubled down and told me that I just needed to download my media. I told them that was not acceptable and could not be done from the Xbox. They gave me no indication they would work to resolve this issue and said if I had further issues to use the feedback hub. I did so and have received no communications that they are investigating or addressing the issue.

I have the same problem with 200+ movies and shows on Xbox One so it's not an X/S issue. Went to show my gf my favorite movie and was heavily disappointed by this. Every 5 seconds the audio cuts out. Coincidentally they are no longer allowing anyone to purchase content through "movies and TV" sounds like they are pushing people out that supported their poor ideas.

I believe this is on purpose to shed users off the service they want to abandon, so only a few will ultimately be a problem they need to resolve.

I own over 1000 movies and episodes! Microsoft never gave any attention to their Movies & TV evidence by the fact that they never even bothered to implement a watchlist - like all other streamers did from Day 1.

Terrible. Class action?

The AI answer is useless….. I have just over 500 movies/shows and I have the same issue. This needs to be sorted asap before I start making some serious complaints. I have an Xbox series X.

For me it happens on Xbox and Desktop. Try in Desktop to confirm it is media/server issue and not device so you can skip a "confirm with another device" BS they'll put you through.

I have over 1000 movies and episodes and they're unwatchable now.

This started for me after the last console update. Same setup, same videos, now with dropped audio every fee minutes.

Uninstaller the app, cold restart everything (TV, XBoX, stereo)

This is on a Seriers X

I should clarify that this is on the latest model of XBox when you could purchase videos though them. It isn't an actual PC, so some methods of fixing it may not be doable.
