My videos are losing sound every few minutes it was never like this before. I want the issue. Resolved

I paid hundreds of. dollars for video and movie downloads and now they are playing with missing sound bites every few minutes. It is not just one, but all of them are missing sound bites every few minutes. I want this issue resolved as quickly as possible.

Joseph 5 Reputation points2026-11-04T21:27:47.7033333+00:00 I have over 3,500 items in Movies & TV and they all are experiencing this issue. I reached out to Microsoft support and spoke with someone who assured me it was on my end even though it is occurring on two PC's (One windows 10 the other Windows 11) As well as two Xbox's (One Xbox One & one Xbox Series X). I showed them I have a stable internet connection and very low latency and tested on both platforms. They transferred me to Xbox Support who had me download something from my library on my PC which when downloaded played fine. They doubled down and told me that I just needed to download my media. I told them that was not acceptable and could not be done from the Xbox. They gave me no indication they would work to resolve this issue and said if I had further issues to use the feedback hub. I did so and have received no communications that they are investigating or addressing the issue.

Chris Salinas 0 Reputation points2026-11-05T05:22:00.7366667+00:00 I have the same problem with 200+ movies and shows on Xbox One so it's not an X/S issue. Went to show my gf my favorite movie and was heavily disappointed by this. Every 5 seconds the audio cuts out. Coincidentally they are no longer allowing anyone to purchase content through "movies and TV" sounds like they are pushing people out that supported their poor ideas.
