I bought a Toshiba laptop in Kissimmee Florida a long time ago. I have put windows 10 on the laptop but Microsoft will not Activate it. THE COA is the same one that I got with the three discs for Windows 10 Pro when I bought the laptop.
Would you please help me sort this out as I can not afford to go buying more products to get my laptop to run right.

I understand you want to reuse the license that originally came with the laptop rather than purchase Windows again.
First, please check Settings > Update & Security > Activation and confirm:
The installed edition must match the edition covered by the product key. If the COA is for another Windows edition, it will not activate Windows 10 Pro.
If it does say Windows 10 Pro, select Change product key and carefully enter the 25-character key from the COA or packaging. You can also run Troubleshoot on the Activation page while connected to the Internet.
Please do not post the product key publicly. Reply only with the Windows edition stated on the COA and the activation error code.
