    Dear @Catherine L ,

Good day! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum!

Regarding this matter, when accessing Sway, the available options in the interface appear to be focused primarily on self-service resources such as Help, how-to articles, and the Sway community forum.

While the Sway interface appears to provide self-service resources such as Help articles and the Sway community forum, organizations using Sway through Microsoft 365 can also work with their Microsoft 365 administrator to contact Microsoft Support directly when needed:

    • Visit: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus
    • Type Contact in the search box
    • Select Get help, then choose Contact Support or Sign in to contact support
    • Under Products and services, select Microsoft 365 and Office
    • Choose the category most closely related to the inquiry
    • Follow the prompts to reach Chat with a support agent on your web browser

Your IT administrator may be able to obtain more authoritative guidance regarding any future plans, product lifecycle information, or service-related questions for your organization's Microsoft 365 environment.

    I hope this is helpful.

Kindly let me know when there are updates or if you need further assistance. Any updates you’re able to share would be really helpful.

I'm here and happy to help! Thank you for your kindness and patience!
