A Plea for Equal Access to Microsoft Services for Iranian Users
Dear Microsoft Team,
I am deeply disappointed and saddened that Iran is not recognized or supported as a country in your services. As an Iranian, I believe that every person deserves equal access to technology, digital services, and opportunities, regardless of their nationality or where they come from.
Political disagreements and conflicts between governments should never result in ordinary people being deprived of essential services or opportunities. Iranian people are individuals with dreams, ambitions, and the desire to learn, create, innovate, and contribute to the world.
The people of Iran have always sought progress, friendship, peace, and meaningful interaction with the international community. We should not be punished or excluded because of circumstances beyond our control.
I respectfully urge Microsoft to consider the needs of Iranian users and explore ways to provide access to its services while complying with applicable laws and regulations. Technology should be a bridge that connects people, not a barrier that separates them.
Please remember that behind every nationality is a human being who deserves dignity, opportunity, and access to the digital world.
Sincerely, An Iranian User
