I want to access Office on a PC but I have forgotten my PIN

I want to start using my Office account apps on a PC but I can't find a way to log in without a PIN, which I have forgotten. I tried going back to access the account using my password, but that option is no longer available, only the PIN.

I have tried changing the PIN in my account settings, but I can't find anything about resetting my PIN, only my password. I am not sure I ever had a PIN!

I am feeling very frustrated!

    Hi,

    The PIN is local to your device in Windows, it is not related to Microsoft account.

    Since you can't access the PIN, how do you sign in?
