Hi Jorge Avila,
Since the freezing appears after KB5122878 is installed, but general system freezing is not listed among the documented issues mentioned for this update, it would be useful to capture more information about what happens at the time of the freeze.
Please check Reliability Monitor after the next occurrence:
- Search for View reliability history from Start.
- Look for a critical event at the time the PC froze or restarted.
- Open it and note the application, hardware, or Windows failure shown.
If you can share the error name/code and technical details shown there, that may help narrow down whether a driver, application, or Windows component is involved.
If the behavior consistently returns only after this particular update is installed, you can also report the occurrence through Feedback Hub (Windows + F) so the diagnostic information can be submitted for investigation.
Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas.
I hope this helps move the troubleshooting forward.
