Giving transaction processing error during the purchase of minecraft

Previously on my old laptop it was showing "working on it.." during the request of purchase, after switching laptops it now sends the request, after accepting and to purchase it, it simply says "We’re having trouble processing your payment" and doesn't do anything further than that. We have already tried buying it by gifting it, however after attempting to redeem the code it said "This code has been redeemed in a different region", even though my account's and the account's that I was gifting from had the same regions, even in the windows settings.

    Hello Alexander Pirumyan,

This might be a payment or region-validation issue rather than a problem with the new laptop. Matching the Windows region alone may not be enough, as the payment method, Store market, account, and billing address must also match.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

    • Remove the current payment method and add it again, then retry through the Microsoft Store website in a private browser window with any VPN or proxy turned off.
    • Use a bank card that was issued in the same country as the Microsoft Store region. Also ensure that the card’s billing address matches that country. Alternatively, go to your Microsoft account’s Payment options page and select Add a new payment method. If PayPal appears as an option, add it and try completing the purchase again.
    • Sign in at account.microsoft.com check the country under Your info and confirm that it matches the Microsoft Store region and billing address.

If the payment still cannot be processed, please contact Microsoft Support so they can check for a billing or regional restriction. Since this is a user-to-user forum, we cannot access the account or remove such restrictions directly.

Here's how to reach out to the Microsoft Support Team (live chat):

    1.  Go to: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact
    2. In the search box, enter a short description of your issue, then choose "Get Help"
    3. Scroll down and select Sign in to contact support (please sign in using a personal Microsoft account). Then follow the on-screen prompts to reach Support Team.

    Tips:

    • Support chat availability may vary by country/region, product, and support hours. If you can't get in touch with a chat agent right away, trying again later or at a different time may help.
    • If the support page directs you to the automated assistant, type “I need a live agent” in the chat.

Hopefully your issue will be sorted out soon. Thank you so much for your patience!
