    Good day Aubrae,

If you are referring to the Export schedule feature in Shifts, I tested a similar scenario and noticed that when Off, Holiday, or Bereavement is entered for part of a day, the exported file can show the time off reason without displaying the start time, end time or total time off hours.

I also found that the Total: Paid hours field reflects hours from scheduled work shifts and doesn't calculate the hours taken under each time off category.

To help me understand the expected result, could you please confirm the following:

1/ Did you export the report from More options > Export schedule or Clock in > Export time sheet?

2/ Were the Off, Holiday and Bereavement columns included automatically, or did you add them manually?

3/ Were the time off entries created as All day entries or with specific start and end times?

4/ Are you expecting the report to show the total hours taken for each time off category?

5/ Does the issue occur for all employees and in newly exported reports?

6/ If possible, please share a screenshot showing the affected columns and one affected row (Please make sure to blur or cover any personal or sensitive information in the screenshot to protect your privacy).

This information will help me determine whether the behavior is coming from the standard Shifts export or from a customized report.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out at any time.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
