Online Repair option deleted my Office Professional Pro 2019. The subscription does not show in my account but I do have the product key; how can I reinstall it?

    Hello John Cruickshank,

    I can see that your Office Professional Pro 2019 was removed during the Online Repair.

    Office Professional Plus 2019 can be supplied through different licensing channels, so the correct reinstall method depends on where it was originally purchased. Could you confirm whether it was obtained through:

    • Your employer’s Workplace Discount Program, formerly the Home Use Program
    • A workplace or organization with a volume license
    • Microsoft or another retailer

    If it was purchased through the Workplace Discount Program, you can reinstall it using the existing product key at Office Setup.

    If it is a volume-licensed copy, the product key alone does not provide the installer. You would need the Office Professional Plus 2019 installation source from the organization or administrator that provided the license.

    Once you confirm how the license was obtained, we can point you to the appropriate reinstall method.
