    Hi @Gerson Reyes

I would recommend referring to the AI answer as it provides a helpful overview of the available options and limitations.

To add some additional context, Teams Custom Streaming (RTMP-Out) sends a single composed video feed to YouTube and is not intended to act as a multi-camera video mixer. While it may be possible for multiple participants to appear in the Teams meeting layout, there is currently no documented or supported method to configure a dedicated two-camera layout directly through the Custom Streaming app.

The Teams Custom Streaming app does not provide controls to combine two local cameras, so create the two-camera layout in production software such as OBS and send that composed output to YouTube.

    1. Bring both camera feeds into the production
      • The simplest arrangement is to connect each camera through a separate Teams participant/device.
      • Alternatively, connect both cameras directly to OBS or another video mixer if the cameras are local to the production computer.
    2. If taking the feeds from Teams, enable NDI
      • An administrator opens Teams admin center → Meetings → Meeting policies.
      • Select the applicable policy.
      • Under Audio & video, enable Broadcast production with NDI and SDI hardware, then save.
      • The policy can also be enabled with PowerShell:
         Set-CsTeamsMeetingPolicy `
           -Identity "<policy name>" `
           -AllowNDIStreaming $true

The user then enables Teams → Settings → App permissions → Production capabilities. In the meeting, select More actions → Streaming → Broadcast over NDI.^1^
    3. Build the scene in OBS
      • Add the two NDI camera/participant feeds as sources.
      • Arrange them side by side, picture-in-picture, or as separate scenes.
      • Pin the relevant participants in Teams to help keep their incoming streams active.
      • For stability, Microsoft recommends limiting NDI output to two or three streams per computer.^2^
Teams exposes individual participants, the local feed, screen sharing, and other meeting views as separate NDI streams, allowing a producer to mix two video feeds into a custom layout.^3^
    4. Stream the finished OBS program directly to YouTube
      • In YouTube Studio, create the live stream and copy its stream URL/key.
      • Enter those values in OBS streaming settings.
      • Start the OBS stream after checking the two-camera preview and audio.

This avoids sending an uncomposed Teams view through Custom Streaming and gives full control over which cameras appear.

If you use Custom Streaming alone

Your Teams administrator must enable Live streaming under Teams admin center → Meetings → Meeting policies → Audio & video. The Custom Streaming app then uses YouTube’s RTMP URL and stream key to send the meeting to that endpoint.^4^

However, the available documentation does not specify a supported Custom Streaming control for selecting two physical cameras or fixing them into a simultaneous layout. It should therefore not be treated as a two-camera video mixer.

If both cameras already enter Teams as separate participants, a Teams gallery layout might show both, but the exact RTMP-Out composition is not documented as a controllable, guaranteed two-camera arrangement. NDI plus OBS—or cameras connected directly to OBS—is the dependable production workflow.

A Teams Rooms multiple-camera feature also exists, but it requires Teams Rooms on Windows, a Teams Rooms Pro license, and supported cameras. It is available for meetings, not Teams Events, so it is not a general replacement for producing a YouTube stream.^5^
