This is a known miner infection. Please provide Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST) logs for analysis.

Note: If you are using Edge or Chrome, SmartScreen may initially block the download. Click on the three dots next to the warning and select Keep => Click the Delete drop arrow => Keep anyway.

If your computer's language is not English, rename FRST64.exe to FRST64English.exe
Run the tool, leave the default settings, and press Scan.
Zip the logs, FRST.txt and Addition.txt, then upload to a cloud storage service like OneDrive, Google Drive or gofile.io

Look, this happens whenever I start up my PC. I actually discussed it with ChatGPT, and it suggested that I might have uninstalled an important Windows component. I tried reinstalling it, but I keep getting errors. Honestly, I’m considering a factory reset of the laptop—even though it’s my dad’s (don’t ask how old I am!). Also, Unity runs incredibly slowly—moving around and everything—even though I have it installed on an external hard drive (a 2TB Crucial X9 Pro, which I believe is super fast). Furthermore, when using Brave—the browser I prefer—there’s a huge lag whenever I type while chatting with Gemini or ChatGPT. My screen has a refresh rate of 143.91 Hz, so I don’t think the display is the issue.

Have you run a full scan with Malwarebytes? If so, did it detect any threats? Farbar Recovery Scan Tool creates diagnostic logs rather than scanning for infected files.

Checking for malware is a reasonable step when investigating slowdowns, but hardware should also be considered. The absence of system errors doesn’t rule out a hardware problem.
