I am currently on a secondary account to ask this question but as a quick run down, my primary microsoft account has been hacked and the email and password has been changed and whenever I try and login with my email that I know is 100% correct it says the account doesn't exist. I have tried going through the microsoft account recovery system however it's just going in a circle and is completely useless. I can't find any way to contact an actual person and not some ai system that can't do anything. I am really struggling and I would appreciate any help at all. As a final thing, I have zero way to access the account, no email, no verification (even though I had two factor authentication on), no secondary email, no phone number

Hi @Sam Wibaux

I’m very sorry you’re going through this. I understand how distressing it must be to lose complete access to your account, especially when the original email address is no longer recognized.

Since the attacker appears to have changed the primary sign-in address, password, and all security information, please try contacting Microsoft Support using the secondary Microsoft account you currently have access to:

  • Go to Contact Us - Microsoft Support.
  • Select Show expanded list of products.
  • Choose Outlook > Get Home support.
  • Search for Account Recovery, then select Get Help > Contact Support.
  • Sign in with another Microsoft account if you cannot access the affected account.
  • Ask our Support Assistant > Type "Talk to live chat agent" > Contact Support
  • Select Other Products > Manage Account Security > Chat with a support agent via web browser.

Once connected, explain that the account was compromised, the primary sign-in email and password were changed without your permission, and your original email address now shows that the account does not exist. Also mention that you no longer have access to any of the registered verification methods.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Thank you for your understanding.
