Question

Site removed from Bing index, cause fixed, requesting review (REQ00373787)

Hello,

My site audioforges[.]com (free browser-based audio tools for musicians: vocal remover, stem splitter, key and BPM finder, audio to MIDI) was removed from the Bing index around 24 October 2026.

The cause was my mistake: I published a large number of song key and BPM pages in a short time, which likely looked like low-value content.

I have fixed it:

All song pages are now noindex (meta robots and X-Robots-Tag).
Song URLs are removed from my sitemap and robots.txt.
Automatic publishing of those pages is switched off.

My core tool and guide pages are unchanged. Clean sitemap: audioforges[.]com/sitemap.xml

Support tickets: REQ00373787 and REQ00374332.

Could someone from the Bing Webmaster team please review the site for reinstatement? Thank you.

Update Oct 27: I went further than noindex. All song pages (/song/, /songs, /worship-songs) now return 410 Gone, are blocked in Bing Webmaster Tools (Block URLs, URL and cache), and were submitted through IndexNow. The sitemap lists only our 60 original tool and guide pages. Other sites report the same pattern since mid-September: indexed in Webmaster Tools but not served. My email replies to REQ00373787 bounce, so I am adding this here. Could the Bing Webmaster team please do a human, domain-level review? Primary case REQ00373787, related REQ00374332. Thank you.
