Hi Bagus Ardin Prayoga & thx for join me at Q&A platform,
this error usually points to an academic eligibility verification issue, rather than a problem with Azure resources or your university email itself. Having an official Telkom University email address is a good starting point, but it doesn't automatically mean Microsoft's verification system can confirm your current student status.
I'd first check that you're signing up for Azure for Students using the correct Microsoft account and entering your university email exactly as issued. Also, make sure you're selecting the correct institution if the registration process asks for it.
If you've previously attempted to activate Azure for Students using another Microsoft account or university email, that could also be relevant. Microsoft applies eligibility restrictions, including limits on repeated student offers.
The important distinction is whether the error appears before the university email verification step or after you've successfully verified the email. Those can indicate different problems with institution recognition or eligibility validation.
If the error persists, I'd recommend contacting Azure subscription and academic verification support. Include the university name, country, exact error message, and a screenshot showing where the process fails. Microsoft can investigate whether your institution or email domain is recognized and whether an existing eligibility record is preventing activation.
Please don't post your university credentials, student ID documents, or personal account details publicly here.
And pls there's no need to create multiple Microsoft accounts or repeatedly submit the application, as that may complicate the verification process.
rgds,
Alex
