My system used to be 25H2. I used ISO of 26H2 to fix some problems. I kept my settings and data.
After that each time my laptop wake up from sleep (S0 mode) system becomes laggy until I open Intel® Graphics Software and click on it or press win+ctrl+shift+B【edit: now it's found that sleep doesn't matter. Closing the screen alone is enough to bring laggy】
here's some of my system info

Thank you. Let me suggest something based on recent findings.

    1. Open Chrome, go to Settings > System and performance (or System).
    2. Turn off Use graphics acceleration when available (formerly Use hardware acceleration when available).
    3. Relaunch Chrome and test putting the laptop into sleep (S0) mode, waking it, and opening Chrome again to see if the lag returns.

    #2:

    • Open the Intel Graphics Command Center or Intel Graphics Software.
    • Navigate to Power and disable Display Power Savings or Panel Self-Refresh (PSR), as these features frequently cause pipeline stalls when hardware-accelerated surfaces (like Chrome's GPU process or WebView2) attempt to re-initialize post-resume.

Seems like a problem with the Display software conflict. Clean boot may help test more.

Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.

Type “msconfig” (without quotes) and press Enter.

In the System Configuration window, select the Services tab.

Check the box next to “Hide all Microsoft services”. Ensure you do it carefully, and not disable all Microsoft services.

    Click on “Disable all”.

Select the Startup tab and click on “Open Task Manager”.

In the Task Manager window, select each startup item and click on “Disable”.

Close Task Manager and click on OK in the System Configuration window.

    Restart your computer.

Thank you. I think the latest drivers are incomptable. Let me try to use drivers from Lenovo which are old.

Remove the Display drivers completely and Install the newest copy of the driver, available from the OEM or the GPU maker. The steps for it are here:

    https://www.yourwindowsguide.com/2022/02/troubleshoot-display-driver-issues-in-windows-11.html

    • Please download DDU from this link.
    • Extract the ZIP file and Open the DDU (ver).exe file.
    • Extract the folder contents when prompted.
    • Run the file.
    • Click Close on Preferences.
    • On the right pane, select GPU. If you have Audio issues or multiple displays, select Audio.
    • Select the GPU, i.e., Intel/AMD/Nvidia. If you have multiple GPUs in a laptop, remove one by one.

Straightaway, select the Clean and Restart button. This step would remove the driver and restart your computer, which can fix Windows 11 display issues.

After Windows restarts, try this Lenovo driver. Pause Windows updates as well.

I look forward to hearing from you to get the results of the troubleshooting.

update: problems seem to be fixed by myself. It seems to be related to power saving settings. To those meets similar issues: I fixed it by installing an older version of driver, uninstalled the previous one, then reupdate the driver by Windows update. I failed at the first time because I adjust the power efficiency settings again after the last step and the problem appeared again. that's why I think it's related to power saving settings of Intel® Graphics Software.
