    Hello Sanjay Kumar Nath,

Since this is a user-to-user forum, community members cannot access the device record or send these details by email. We can only share suggestions based on our observations and personal experiences.

A Surface laptop does not have an “activation expiry date.” Once Windows is activated with the digital licence included with the device, it normally remains activated on that laptop and does not expire.

To check the current Windows activation status, go to Settings > System > Activation. Please note that this page usually confirms whether Windows is activated, but it does not show the original activation date.

In terms of device warranty, you can check the coverage and expiration date in the Surface app under Warranty & services, or by signing in to your Microsoft account device page:

    1. Open the Surface app on the laptop. Expand Warranty & services to view the warranty type and expiration date. If the app is missing, install it from the Microsoft Store.
    2. Sign in at account.microsoft.com/devices using the Microsoft account connected to the laptop. Register the Surface using its serial number if it is not already listed, then select the device to check its coverage details.

Note: If your device warranty does not match your proof of purchase, see Update your warranty.

Hope this helps. Feel free to post back if your need more clarification.
