add not loading only on Microsoft solitaire , many adds load normally , suspect this is one specific add

many adds load normally most times but multiple times a day when an add opens it consists of a dark screen and a spinning arrow. Occationaly if I close the app and re-open it will play but more often than not it repeats the black screen and spinning arrow. This happens on multiple devices on two different connections.

I understand how annoying it is to repeatedly get stuck on a black loading screen. Since other ads load normally and the same issue occurs on multiple devices and different connections, this may be an issue with that specific advertisement rather than your devices.

Please update Microsoft Solitaire Collection through Microsoft Store > Library > Get updates. If the same ad continues to stall, report it through Microsoft Casual Games Support, ideally including a screenshot and the approximate time the ad appeared. The support team can investigate ad-specific problems.
