    Hi, @Lillo Gemelli

    To help narrow this down:

    1. Have you already purchased Microsoft 365 or a standalone version of Office, or are you trying to download PowerPoint for the first time?
    2. If you purchased it, was it directly from Microsoft, through the Mac App Store, or from another retailer?

In the meantime, you can visit the official PowerPoint page to download the app or explore available purchase options:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en/microsoft-365/powerpoint?market=af#Download-the-app

If you purchased Microsoft 365 or Office directly from Microsoft, go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the Microsoft account used for the purchase to check your installation options.

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Thanks!

Download PowerPoint from the Microsoft 365 Apps page, then run the Office installer from your Mac’s Downloads folder.

    Download and install PowerPoint

    1. Open Microsoft 365 Apps.
    2. Select Sign in and use the Microsoft account associated with your Microsoft 365 subscription or Office purchase.
    3. Select Install apps.
      • For a work or school account, you may need to select Apps → Install apps → Microsoft 365 apps.
    4. When the download finishes, open Finder → Downloads.
    5. Double-click Microsoft Office installer.pkg.
    6. Select Continue, accept the license agreement, and select Install.
      • To install only PowerPoint, select Customize and clear the other applications.
    7. Enter your Mac login password if requested, then select Install Software.
    8. Select Close when installation finishes.^1^

    Open and activate PowerPoint

    1. Open Launchpad or go to Finder → Applications.
    2. Select Microsoft PowerPoint.
    3. Sign in with the same account used for the purchase or subscription when prompted.
    4. Complete the activation prompts.

If Install apps is missing, the account may not have an Office license assigned. For a work or school account, contact the organization’s Microsoft 365 administrator.^1^

If PowerPoint was purchased through Apple’s App Store instead, open the App Store on the Mac and download it there.^2^
