When trying to log into my work accounts that were working before on both Outlook and Teams, it does not recognize approval on Authenticator app and produces a message that says "Something went wrong, please try again later".

    Hello

Can you provide the necessary info - are you trying to do this on Windows 11, or macOS, or Android or iPhone? As you can imagine, the relevant troubleshooting steps can be very different depending on your platform.

    Hi Gajen,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, this issue only happens on one laptop, and your other laptops don't have the same problem.

Could you please help me check the following:

    1. Can you sign in to Teams and Outlook on the web?
    2. If you have any VPN, 1.1.1.1 or similar apps or extensions turned on, please turn them off and try again.
    3. Please try a different network, such as a mobile hotspot.
    4. Contact your administrator to find out why you can't sign in on this laptop.

Please reach out to your tenant administrator. This is usually your IT department or the person who gave you this account. Ask them to check whether any policy is accidentally blocking you from signing in to your account on this laptop.

If no policy is causing the issue, you can ask your administrator to review the sign-in logs in the Microsoft Entra admin center. The logs will show more clearly why you can't access Teams and Outlook on this laptop.

Please share this article on how to check sign-in logs with your administrator:

Sign-in logs in Microsoft Entra ID - Microsoft Entra ID | Microsoft Learn

Access activity logs in Microsoft Entra ID - Microsoft Entra ID | Microsoft Learn

I hope this information is helpful.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.

I look forward to continuing the conversation.
