Hello Microsoft Support,

I own Office Home & Student 2021 for Mac, which is listed in my Microsoft account as added on May 28, 2024.

I use a MacBook Air M1 running macOS Tahoe 26.7.1. My current Microsoft Word version is 16.114.1 (Build 26102031).

After signing in with the correct Microsoft account, Word displays:

“No License Found — Your Office 2021 license is not supported with this version of the application.”

My Microsoft 365 Family subscription has expired, but Office Home & Student 2021 is still listed in my account.

Could you please verify my Office 2021 license and activation entitlement, and help me activate it? If this is a compatibility issue with Office version 16.114.1, please provide the official compatible Office 2021 for Mac installer or the appropriate supported workaround.

Thank you.
