Dragon support is not working
dragon 16 stopped working and now wants activation

Following the last windows update, Dragon 16 does not work and requires activation again but when I try, it says I dont have any more available activations. The origional upgrade download link in the purchase email has been deactivated also so I cant reinstall Dragon.
